Sinha replaces Anil Sardana who put in his papers as CEO in end-January refering to individual reasons. Numerous trust it was approaching after Banmali Agarwala – once Sardana’s lesser – was selected to lead the vertical clubbing barrier, aviation and framework activities of the gathering. Agarwala rejoined the Tata Group as president in the wake of driving GE in South Asia for 56 months. At the point when Agarwala was with Tata Power, he answered to CEO Sardana. Under the new situation Sardana would need to answer to Agarwala. With Sinha there are no such issues – he is Agarwala’s contemporary and a nearby associate of Tata Group Chairman N Chandrasekaran.
